Here at Make it Shine, we are all extremely saddened to hear of the passing of one of a special friend and supporter of the Make It Shine SEN Charity, Mally Greenwood. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all his family.

Here at Make it Shine, we are all extremely saddened to hear of the unexpected passing of one of our long standing members and friend Patrick. Patrick has been our Santa for the past 12 years and has also worked hard supporting us since 2012.
We would like to offer our sincere condolences to Eileen, Dawn and all of their family at this extremely sad time.

Fantastic news! Make It Shine SEN Project is now on Amazon Smile chosen as one of charities to raise funds towards.

EASTER EGG TRAIL CHOCOLATE HAMPER RAFFLE
A huge congratulations to this lucky winner, Francesca who won the raffle for the Make It Shine Easter hamper. The lucky runners-up were Lynn Searle and Julie Gardiner, they both received a medium sized egg . Thank you to everyone involved in the trail and helping raffle the hamper.

CLOTHES DRIVE!!!
We've had three clothes drives in 2025 and it has help raise over £900!! Thank you everyone who has donated clothes, shoes, bedding etc
A fantastic donation of £294.44 from Aldbrough playgroup. After having to close they sold off all their equipment and donated the money to the our charity.
Can we give a round of applause to a long standing supporter Lainey Parkin and to the business places for people. Lainey very kindly nominated Make It Shine for their annual, charity game and they raised £95, Lainey kindle rounded it up to a £100
